Rebalancing can help you let go of old patterns, realign your body, and restore a healthy balance with gravity. In this process, I work extensively with connective tissue, particularly the fascia. Depending on the body region and depth, I use my palms, fingertips, knuckles, or elbows to work on the fascial network. Together with your breath, we focus on improving your posture and increasing your body’s mobility. This process also aims to cultivate awareness for daily life, helping you recognize and change behavioral patterns.
Before almost every Rebalancing session, I analyze your body structure while standing and walking.
Rebalancing is based on a structured 10-session series, during which it’s recommended to set aside time for yourself between treatments. This allows your body,
mind, and spirit the necessary space to integrate and reorganize.
Of course, you can also book individual sessions. Please bring all prior diagnoses and medical findings to your first session.
